Hello. My name is Sandy Fynan and I have been a residential realtor since 2010 in Tucson, Arizona. My business has evolved over the years and I find myself drawn to purchases and sales that need a little extra TLC and finesse to close the transaction. I also especially like working with our senior population, who may need to downsize ("rightsize") their homes or explore alternate housing. I have a wonderful business partner who assists in senior placement in assisted living communities. With so many choices, she is a wonderful resource and does what I do for buyers, shows them all possibilities so they can make an informed decision. We are a great, trustworthy team, providing the information and knowledge I would want for my loved ones. We live by the Golden Rule.
